Background

We currently have an opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our Plot Sales team within the Commercial Property department. Our plot sales specialists work with various house builders, offering expert advice in the sale of new build properties. The role will involve ensuring efficient processing and high levels of service delivery to all developer clients served by the team.

The role

Duties will include:

Undertake administration in relation to file opening and file closing
Drafting standard letters to clients and solicitors
Keeping clients up to date - dealing with telephone, email and written queries
Photocopying and any ad hoc duties required for the team/department
Carry out general administration work as required.
Undertaking Land Registry tasks to include obtaining title and documents and undertaking searches via the Land Registry Portal

Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent telephone-based client care skills
Be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
Administration and IT skills with a high degree of accuracy and organisation with the ability to draft standard responses.

This could be the ideal role for someone with administration experience or customer cares skills, from an office or call centre environment.
