We're looking for an energetic,passionate,and commercially minded Farm Shop & Restaurant Manager to lead and grow our farmshop & kitchen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact - helping shape the future direction of the business,championing local produce,creating exciting events,and building a welcoming community space that people love to visit.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation,lead and develop the team,drive sales and profitability,ensure excellent food safety standards,and create exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the daily operation of the farmshop and kitchen/restaurant working closely with our fantastic head chef and the wider team.
Driving sales,profitability,and business growth.
Managing stock,labour,waste,and operational performance.
Developing seasonal promotions,events,workshops,and community activities.
Championing local suppliers and farm-produced products,working with our very own farm.
Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a destination experience.
Leading,coaching,and developing a high-performing team.
Maintaining exceptional food safety,health & safety,and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail,hospitality,farmshop,café,restaurant or food service management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
A genuine enthusiasm for local food,farming,and community engagement.
Someone with the drive,creativity,and passion to take ownership and make things happen
