The Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organised Front of House Kitchen Coordinator / Lead Expeditor to take ownership of the main kitchen pass and ensure seamless service between the kitchen and our guests.
This is a pivotal role within the restaurant, acting as the link between front of house and kitchen, maintaining the pace, precision, and quality of every service.
This is a full-time position (Wednesday–Sunday), offering a consistent working pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the main kitchen pass, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and to the highest standard
- Coordinate and support the front of house team during service
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all elements of service
- Act as the key communication link between kitchen and front of house
- Develop a strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Communicate clearly and calmly during busy services
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Deliver a professional, warm and confident presence when interacting with guests
