Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Land Rover Vehicle Technician to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of Land Rover vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive technology and a commitment to excellence in vehicle servicing. The position involves working with specialised equipment and tools, adhering to safety protocols, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify issues within Land Rover vehicles.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine work, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and electrical system troubleshooting.
Utilise hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
Interpret technical manuals and schematics to facilitate precise repairs and part replacements.
Assist with equipment repair and maintenance to ensure optimal workshop operations.
Carry out heavy lifting as required for parts replacement or vehicle handling.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures and addressing client concerns professionally.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed in compliance with company standards.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and workshop procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a vehicle technician specialising in Land Rover or similar premium brands.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
Experience in vehicle maintenance, equipment repair, and general automotive servicing.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent are preferred but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated technicians eager to advance their career within a professional automotive environment dedicated to quality service and technical excellence.

Pay: £37,440.00-£41,600.00 per year
