We're looking for motivated people to join our Glasgow team as Customer Service Representatives. If you're confident speaking with people and want an opportunity where your development is taken seriously, this could be a strong starting point.

This is a customer-facing role with direct interaction throughout the day. You'll learn how to understand customer needs, communicate effectively, solve problems, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Speak directly with customers and understand what they need.
Provide clear information and helpful solutions.
Build professional relationships through positive conversations.
Handle customer enquiries and routine concerns.
Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
Work alongside colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.
Record relevant customer information accurately.
Share customer feedback and ideas with the wider team.
Develop your communication and commercial skills through practical experience.
Take on additional responsibilities as your confidence grows.
