Ka Pao Glasgow are recruiting now for a passionate and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our team.

About us:

Alongside Ka Pao Glasgow, neighbourhood favourite, Ox and Finch, and our city-centre venues, Margo and Sebb's, Scoop Restaurants Group currently holds four of the seven Michelin Bib Gourmands in Glasgow

We are a small, ambitious, and forward-thinking restaurant company, made up of passionate, focused and creative professionals who love our industry: the food, the drink, and the service. We seek individuals to join our team who share our obsession with great food and drinks and delivering memorable customer experiences time and time again.

We offer:

£38,300 per annum inclusive of guaranteed tronc.
Additional tips on top.
3 days off per week and a shift pattern that strikes a work life balance.
Free meals on shift and employee discounts when dining in our restaurants.
The opportunity to grow and work within a small restaurant group that has exciting future plans and encourages employee development and promotion from within the company.

The ideal candidates should:

Have experience working in a supervisory or managerial position in a quality-focussed restaurant.
Share our passion for top quality food, drinks and service.
Display a knowledge and appreciation of carefully curated wine-lists, WSET accreditation beneficial.
Possess excellent people skills and the ability to inspire our team and delight our guests.
Be a team player.
Have great organisational skills and be competent at using IT systems.
Be calm under pressure and skilled at multitasking.
