We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to work out of our customer site in Derby.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will work alongside our Incora customer team, providing first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.

You will work to ensure that the Incora footprint at the customer site is at the required levels, identifying any part shortages and linking in with internal stakeholders to correct this.

You will be the person who helps to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion.

This role will require you to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:30, 14:00 - 22:30, 20:00 - 06:30 and will be based at Rolls Royce MMC, Wilmore Road, Derby, DE24 8BD.

About You

You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative and be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders with an ability to prioritise workload.

You will have a proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role; with strong negotiation skills to allow you to reach solutions. You will be comfortable to run and contribute to meetings with the customer and possess the ability to articulate updates with ease.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

Starting salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience + 17.5% shift allowance
