Job Vacancy: Vehicle Movement Driver / Vehicle Valeter / Admin Assistant

Location: Pulse Brand Solutions, Unit 7 Vulcan Way, Coalville, LE67 3FW

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team in a varied, hands-on role. This position combines vehicle movement, vehicle valeting, and basic administrative support, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Moving vehicles between sites, customers, and suppliers
Collecting and delivering vehicles as required
Vehicle check in & check out
Cleaning and valeting vehicles prior to handover
Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting issues
Workshop Housekeeping
Supporting the office with general administrative tasks
Updating records, job sheets, and paperwork
Assisting the workshop and operations team as needed

Requirements

Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Confident driving a range of vehicles (vans and cars)
Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
Comfortable with both hands-on and desk-based tasks
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Basic Microsoft skills (Computer)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm (30 min break)
