About the role

Seeking a leader in innovation and efficiency, Reckitt is on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to take charge of our thriving, large-scale manufacturing operations. If you're driven by the challenge of enhancing productivity and geared towards delivering substantial projects, this is your call to action. As part of our dynamic team, you will infuse expertise and inspiration into our engineering processes and witness your strategies spring to life in real-time.

Your responsibilities

Proven expertise in project and manufacturing management within a large factory environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards
Demonstrable financial and commercial insight, adept at identifying business opportunities.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a background in relationship management and collaboration.
