Job Summary:
We are a growing construction and design firm looking for versatile Multi-Skilled Builders & Landscapers to join our team. The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between hard structural building work and final outdoor landscaping finishes. You will work on a variety of projects, including extensions, patios, garden rooms, and full outdoor renovations. This will be a zero hour contract the ideal candidates are semi retired 15+ years of experience be comfortable to evaluate work and give accurate quotes to clients and customers soon as we receive the work you receive the work no hourly daily or weekly or monthly pay rate you are paid an agreed set figure for the job on completion, alternative pay structures can be requested operations are across the hole of east Anglia and maybe further from time to time Responsibilities:

Hard Landscaping: Installing patios, block paving, retaining walls, fencing, and decking.
Light Construction: Building garden structures, bricklaying, and basic rendering.
Site Preparation: Clearing sites, excavation, drainage installation, and leveling.
General Duties: Reading site plans, operating machinery (excavator, dumpers), and ensuring site safety.
Client Communication: Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients on-site.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hard landscaping and building.
Proficiency in brickwork, paving, and fencing.
Full, clean driving licence (preferable).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
