About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across a variety of client accounts.
This is a hands-on creative role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in social media management, content creation, website updates, email marketing, client support and creative campaign delivery.
The role would suit someone who enjoys creating, organising and delivering marketing activity, rather than spending most of their time in meetings or strategy sessions.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will become a key part of the day-to-day marketing delivery for approximately seven client accounts.
Working alongside the Director and Events & Marketing Coordinator, you will help produce engaging content, maintain websites, manage email campaigns and ensure every client receives a high standard of service.
This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on marketer who is comfortable managing multiple projects and working across a variety of brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
You will be responsible for managing approximately seven client social media accounts, including:
- Planning monthly content calendars
- Creating engaging captions and posts
- Scheduling content across multiple platforms
- Monitoring engagement and responding where appropriate
- Keeping content fresh, relevant and on-brand
- Supporting consistency across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Content Creation
You will create a wide range of content, including:
- Photography and videography
- Reels and TikToks
- Short-form video editing
- Social media graphics
- Posters
- Menus
- Promotional materials
- Event graphics
- Digital campaign assets
Website Management
You will help maintain websites by:
- Updating website content
- Adding events
- Uploading menus
- Creating landing pages
- Supporting basic SEO updates
- Keeping websites accurate, current and on-brand
Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS is desirable.
Email Marketing
You will help create and manage:
- Monthly newsletters
- Promotional campaigns
- Event announcements
- Customer communications
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms would be beneficial.
Client Support
You will support the day-to-day relationship with clients by:
- Liaising with clients professionally
- Responding to artwork and content requests
- Delivering projects within agreed deadlines
- Attending client meetings where required
- Building strong and positive client relationships
Creative Design
You will produce creative assets such as:
- Restaurant menus
- Posters
- Flyers
- Social media graphics
- Digital advertisements
- Promotional campaigns
- Presentation materials
Experience using Canva is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
Marketing Administration
You will help keep projects and campaigns organised by:
- Managing content libraries
- Tracking project deadlines
- Coordinating campaign schedules
- Updating marketing calendars
- Maintaining brand assets
- Supporting the smooth running of client accounts
Events
You may occasionally be required to attend:
- Client launches
- Food festivals
- Networking events
- Photoshoots
- Promotional events
Some evening and weekend work will be required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years’ experience in digital marketing or a creative agency environment
- Has excellent social media knowledge
- Can confidently create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Is comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
- Has experience using Canva and basic graphic design tools
- Has experience updating websites
- Has strong written English and copywriting skills
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Is confident working independently
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys building relationships with clients
- Is flexible and happy working across different industries
- Enjoys hands-on creative delivery as well as organisation and planning
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle
- Strong IT skills
- Experience using Canva
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Experience with website content management
- Excellent communication skills
