Administrator – Vetting Officer
A vacancy exists for an office based, full time and permanent Vetting Officer - for security vetting to join Security & Vetting Solutions Ltd, a growing business based in Twyford, near Winchester.

Reporting to the General Manager your key responsibilities will be compliance checks, the processing of security screening files in a timely manner achieving customer service targets and client support. You will be an excellent business administrator, a team player and be able to demonstrate a drive & energy to succeed.

As part of a friendly and dedicated team, you will also assist with other aspects of the business. Maintenance of client confidentially is pre-requisite at all times. Full training is offered for the right candidate.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer service excellence. You will also have excellent IT skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and have the ability to learn bespoke software packages. It is a perfect position for university graduates looking to transition their skills into an office-based environment . An excellent telephone manner and sound communication and organisational skills is essential.

Experience: The position would ideally suit someone with a minimum of 1 years of business administration or similar.

This role operates within the confines of the General Data Protection Regulations and therefore your confidentiality must be assured. Experience of working in sensitive or confidential environments will be an advantage.

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience and pension.

Holidays 28pa including bank holidays.

Please note this role is subject to satisfactory completion of security screening, criminal record disclosure and reference checks.
