Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy dining establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and team management to advance their careers in a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house activities, including serving guests and managing reservations
Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff, including training new team members and scheduling shifts
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Monitor daily operations to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff on food production, menu presentation, and special event planning
Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
Excellent organisational skills combined with leadership qualities to manage busy service periods effectively

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
