Senior Administrator

Birmingham Depot - Edison Road, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1DA

37.5 hours per week

8:30am - 16:30pm Monday-Friday

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting depot leadership through the delivery of high‑quality administrative and operational support. Acting as a key point of expertise, you will ensure best‑practice processes, data accuracy, and compliance, while proactively improving ways of working and supporting people-related activities across the depot. This is a hands‑on senior role with real influence, requiring strong judgement, discretion, and the confidence to operate in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

The heart of the role

Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end administrative support for the depot

Own the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records, ensuring full compliance with data protection, employment legislation, and internal SOPs.

Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stake holders, delivering a professional, solutions-focused service and managing competing priorities effectively.

Drive continuous improvement by reviewing administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing enhanced systems and ways of working.

Support operational and cross-functional projects, contributing insight, coordination, and governance to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
