Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and profitability of properties while delivering exceptional service to tenants and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for property management to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection, maintaining accurate records using Yardi or similar property management software.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Handle tenant enquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and data entry tasks related to property performance.
Upsell additional services or lease options to maximise revenue opportunities.
Organise administrative tasks such as document management, correspondence, and filing efficiently within the office environment.
Support junior staff members through training and mentorship as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or a similar administrative role within the real estate sector.
Proficiency in Yardi or comparable property management software is highly desirable.
Strong office experience with excellent data entry skills and organisational abilities.
Demonstrable administrative experience with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong communication skills.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining professional integrity.
Previous experience working with property-related data entry and documentation is preferred.
A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
