We are looking for an authentic and driven F&B Service Team Member (Part-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We’re a little bit classic, a little bit rebellious and always full of character! From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.

We have a variety of part-time contracts available from 16 hours per week up to 35 hours per week. We are looking for people to join our Breakfast and our Restaurant/Bar Teams.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or complaints and working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders!

So, we are looking for someone who has…

Availability to work from 16 hours per week with weekend availability
Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host
Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!

A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
