We also recognise the importance of respecting client preferences in personal care, including gender-specific requests, ensuring dignity, comfort, and individual choice are always upheld.
Stonewood Complex Care was founded by Nurse Tom, who believed that people needing Complex Care at home deserved a more bespoke service than was available. Built on that conviction, Stonewood delivers exceptional, person-centred care and support that empowers individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes.
With a values-driven culture, highly skilled teams, and a commitment to outstanding outcomes, Stonewood is a place where care professionals can genuinely change lives. The company is passionate about recognising dedication, celebrating hard work, and promoting people from within — giving you real opportunities to grow your career while making a meaningful impact every day.
