Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work flexible hours in a fast paced logistics company.

Role responsibilities include:

Transport and dispatch responsibility in a Biopharma Logistics company

Handle import/export/same day distribution

Take on challenges
Quick learner, ambitious, highly organised and efficient
Excellent communication skills.

Organisation and management of customer accounts

Knowledge of airlines

Maintaining communication with customers and agents

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
Ability to build rapport with potential new clients

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information

Person specifications:
We need someone who can work full time and flexible hours when required, works well in a team and punctual.

As this is an entry-level position, no previous experience is necessary

We are located in the TW4 area - please ensure you check the distance before sending through your CV.
Our office is a 15 minute walk from Hounslow West tube station and have many bus routes nearby.
