About KeiCo Living Ltd
KeiCo Living Ltd is a fast-growing, design-led installer of premium outdoor wellness solutions, including saunas, ice baths, hot tubs, garden buildings and bespoke outdoor spa retreats throughout the UK.
We work with a discerning customer base across the UK, delivering high-quality installations that combine craftsmanship, outdoor living, wellness and premium design.
As demand continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Lead Joiner / Installer to support the delivery of our sauna, cabin, decking and outdoor wellness installations across the UK.
The Role
This is a hands-on site-based role for an experienced joiner who can lead from the front.
You will be responsible for supervising installation teams, delivering high-quality timber installations, reading technical drawings, coordinating site activity and ensuring each project is completed to KeiCo’s expected standard.
The right candidate will be confident working on premium residential and commercial projects, representing the business professionally on site and helping ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with both clients and internal teams, and is comfortable taking responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects.

- Work from technical drawings, specifications and company installation guidelines
- Act as the main site contact for clients during installation
- Liaise professionally with customers, site contacts and the KeiCo office team
- Allocate tasks to team members and oversee skilled labourers/installers
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Report progress, delays, issues, defects or customer concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional site environment
- Ensure appropriate use of PPE and compliance with health and safety requirements
- Protect the reputation of KeiCo through excellent workmanship and conduct

You will need strong joinery skills, good communication, a professional attitude and the ability to work away when required.
This is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision. We are looking for a capable lead installer who can organise the day on site, solve practical problems and keep the office informed.
