Job Description

We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join Culina Group, taking ownership of multiple sites across the North Midlands.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong FM background in a fast-paced environment (logistics, construction, manufacturing or similar) who is comfortable managing multiple sites, projects, and priorities — and is happy to travel regularly.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing FM across a multi-site estate
Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery
Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory maintenance
Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance
Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations
Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Facilities Management role
Background in a fast-paced sector (logistics, construction, retail, manufacturing etc.)
Experience managing multiple sites and contractors
Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
Comfortable managing budgets, capex, and projects
Willingness to travel across the region regularly
NEBOSH / IOSH / BIFM
Technical background (mechanical, electrical, building services)
