Full job description

JD Owen Transport Services are a family owned and operated business established over 60 years ago and due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting reliable and professional class 1 tramper drivers to join our transport team based from our site in Afonwen, Mold.

The Role

Tramping work with Monday to Friday operation.
Occasional Sunday afternoon starts when required.
Occasional Saturday running-in.
Delivering excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with all driving regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to Working Time Directive and Drivers' Hours regulations.

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations
Professional attitude with strong reliability and communication skills
Previous tramping experience preferred but not essential
