Full job description

Hours:

Term-time: 3pm - 6pm Afterschool club + Weekly Team Training
School Holidays: 35+ hours per week available, with the potential for overtime

Pay

Hourly pay: £12.75+ (Based on performance)

Preferred requirements for the role

Qualified Level 1 Sports Coach (any sport)
2+ years coaching experience
Passionate about this line of work

Responsibilities of the role

Working at our before and afterschool clubs, delivery sports and activities such as den building, laser tag, remote control cars, mindfulness. While also support with breakfast and snacks.
Working with our company values in mind
Ensure the safety of children during wraparound and lunch time sessions.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sessions

Experience:

Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field
Strong knowledge of different sports techniques, rules, and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with athletes of all ages
Strong organizational skills to plan and manage sessions
Patience, resilience, and adaptability when working with young children.
