Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Services Team Leader to oversee our customer support operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated customer service team, ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple channels. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient and professional support is provided to clients.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage escalations effectively, resolving complex issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.
Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising or managing a customer service team.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving targets.

Pay: £29,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
