Who are we?
We are a charitable organisation that has been supporting its local community for more than 30 years. Known locally as Coniston Carers, we are a trusted care provider in a rural area, committed to delivering support with respect, dignity and kindness – the same standard of care we would want for ourselves and our families.
The service has now reached an important stage in its development, where future‑proofing and strengthening long‑term sustainability are essential.
While most of our current clients live within Coniston, there are significant opportunities to expand our services throughout the wider Crake Valley community.
Our directors and staff care deeply about the work we do, and this is an exciting moment to join a dedicated, growing team making a meaningful difference to local people now and for years to come.
Whether you’re seeking a role that feels less corporate, looking to reduce your working hours, or aiming to expand your management experience, we’d love to hear from you. If our values resonate with you, please get in touch.
