Job Description

Project Manager is responsible for leading projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. This role combines strong project execution with continuous improvement and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted partner to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project execution by facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, tracking delivery against agreed milestones, and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
Act as a customer and partner advocate, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
Identify and support opportunities to improve processes, reduce time to revenue, and enhance implementation efficiency.
Maintain full ownership of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and meeting minutes.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure project success.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management best practices and support audit preparation and compliance activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and support resolution of project risk, issues and stakeholder conflicts when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong planning, risk management, and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, Agile Project Management certification, or equivalent project management qualification (desirable)
Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
