Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel activities, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality. Duties

Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
Lead, motivate, and support front desk staff, housekeeping teams, and other hotel personnel to uphold service excellence
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with human resources to manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor guest feedback and address concerns proactively to enhance overall satisfaction
Maintain compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations
Assist in implementing new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest experience

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or related fields
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
Excellent guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hospitality operations is essential
Knowledge of human resources practices including staffing, training, and employee relations
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
