Team Leader (Swim Centre, Café & Administration)
Locations: TW1 (Twickenham) & W4 (Chiswick)
Full-time: 40 hours per week (including weekends)
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Team Leader to support the smooth running of our busy swim centres and café operations across Twickenham and Chiswick.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house leadership, customer service, administration, and operational support.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across both sites, ensuring an excellent customer experience, consistent operations, and the smooth day-to-day running of the centres.
There is also the opportunity to develop into swim teaching duties if qualified or interested.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Customer Service
- Lead, support, and motivate the Front of House team
- Deliver excellent customer service across café and swim centre environments
- Provide operational cover in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Coach and train team members to maintain high standards
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure consistent service delivery across both TW1 and W4 sites
Operations & Facilities
- Oversee daily handovers and ensure key tasks are completed
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
- Support stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and PSOP procedures
- Support poolside operations when required
Administration & Systems
- Manage customer bookings, amendments, cancellations, and payments
- Maintain accurate records across booking and scheduling systems
- Support general administrative tasks across both sites
- Monitor and update operational logs and reporting as required
- Assist with communication between teams and management
- Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently across locations
Swim Teaching (Desirable)
- Swim teaching experience or qualifications are beneficial but not essential
- Opportunity to deliver swim teaching sessions (minimum 1 shift per week if qualified)
- Full training can be provided for suitable candidates
- Support lesson delivery and provide cover where needed
