About the Role
Rae Feather is looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused Packing & Returns Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer order leaves us beautifully presented and every return is processed to the highest standard. You'll also play an important role in keeping our warehouse organised, our stock accurate and our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Printing packing slips for online customer orders
- Carefully packing customer orders using tissue paper and branded packaging
- Printing shipping labels and preparing parcels for daily dispatch
- Processing customer returns and assessing the condition of returned items
- Folding, steaming if required, re-bagging and preparing returned garments so they are presented as "like new"
- Re-labelling products with the correct SKU codes
- Returning stock to the correct warehouse locations
- Assisting with stock counts and regular inventory checks
- Checking in deliveries and ensuring stock is accurately recorded
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient packing area
- Helping with general warehouse and stock duties as required

- Is confident using computers, online systems and printers
- Is practical, uses initiative and enjoys solving day-to-day problems
- Is flexible and happy to support wherever needed across packing, dispatch, returns and stock
Desirable Skills (Training Will Be Provided)
While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have experience with:
- Folding and presenting clothing to a high standard
- Using computers and online order management systems
- Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Basic troubleshooting of printers and warehouse equipment
- Stock control, SKU codes or inventory systems
- Previous warehouse, fulfilment, retail or packing experience
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
