Vaporo Solutions is an established UK supplier of stylish, high-quality designer radiators, supplying merchants nationwide. We combine contemporary design, exceptional performance and affordability to offer a carefully developed range of heating solutions that enhance modern living spaces.

As a growing business with ambitious plans, we're looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to take complete ownership of our marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys taking responsibility and wants to make a genuine impact within a close-knit team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the senior management, you'll be responsible for developing, delivering and continually improving all aspects of Vaporo’s marketing and brand activity across both digital and traditional channels.

This is a standalone role with significant autonomy. You'll shape how our business is presented to customers, merchants and the wider market, taking ownership of everything from digital campaigns and website management to social media strategy, printed literature, product launches, exhibitions and brand development.

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and is equally comfortable developing strategy as they are delivering day-to-day marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's marketing and brand strategy.
Manage all digital marketing activity, including SEO, PPC, paid social media, email marketing and website optimisation.
Maintain and develop the company website using WordPress.
Develop and implement a social media strategy that strengthens the Vaporo brand, increases engagement and supports business growth.
Create, schedule and manage engaging content across relevant social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Plan, create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Produce engaging content for digital and print, including social media, email campaigns, brochures, catalogues, advertisements and product literature.
Coordinate photography, video and other creative assets.
Support new product launches with effective marketing campaigns.
Organise and manage exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, using insights to improve future campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding, messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, printers and other marketing partners.
Identify new opportunities to strengthen the Vaporo Solutions brand and support business growth.

About You

You'll be an organised, creative and commercially minded marketer with proven experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines. You'll enjoy taking ownership, working independently and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

You'll be equally comfortable planning a campaign, writing compelling copy, updating a website, analysing campaign performance or coordinating printed marketing materials.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy working within a business where your ideas are valued, your contribution is visible and your work has a genuine impact on the company's success.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Proven experience in a broad marketing role.
Experience managing both digital and offline marketing activities.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience using WordPress.
Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience using Mailchimp.
Experience using Google Analytics.
Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Desirable

Experience within construction, heating, interiors, manufacturing or building products.
Experience organising exhibitions or trade events.
Photography or video editing experience.
