Overview

Join our team as an Evening Office Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of our office space during evening hours. We are seeking motivated individual to join our team, who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Days of work - Monday to Friday

Hours of work - 4pm -6pm

10 hours per week @ £12.71 per hour.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health and safety standards
Empty trash bins, replace liners, and manage waste disposal efficiently
Restock restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a pristine environment.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workspace

The person

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours yet be part of the team at site.
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment throughout the shift
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is advantageous
