Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior Barber to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in hair styling and barbering to deliver exceptional grooming experiences. Your strong communication skills and customer service orientation will ensure clients feel valued and satisfied. As a senior team member, you will uphold high standards of professionalism, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment where clients leave feeling confident and refreshed.

Duties

Provide expert hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, offering professional advice, and ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide guidance on styles that suit them best
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering industry
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform various hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming techniques at a senior level
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to hair care environments
Previous experience mentoring or leading a team is preferred but not required
