Store Manager – Poole

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our busy Poole showroom at Carpet Barn & The Bedstore, one of the South’s leading carpet and flooring retailers.

As a family-owned business with existing successful branches and ambitious expansion plans, we offer excellent opportunities to the right candidate. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to both our customers and our team.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
Providing training, support and leadership to staff
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations
Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the showroom
Monitoring and managing stock levels
Assisting customers with product selections
Building strong relationships with customers from all backgrounds

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, customer-focused and eager to become part of a successful and growing business.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Previous flooring sales experience
Retail management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
A proactive and positive approach to customer service and sales
