RentMyHome is a established property management company dedicated to providing industry-leading accommodation experiences for landlords and tenants across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our proactive and dynamic team, ensuring our properties are well-maintained, compliant, and delivering value to our clients.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties
Handle property maintenance issues from start to finish, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
Ensure properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation, including health & safety, gas safety, electrical safety, EPC, licensing, and fire safety requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and local authorities
Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
Handle tenant deposit returns and negotiate deposit deductions where required
Resolve tenant and landlord queries in a professional and timely manner
Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed to a high standard
Maintain accurate property records and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales

What We're Looking For:

Experience in property management (2 years minimum, preferably within the UK property sector)
Strong knowledge of property compliance and tenancy legislation
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Ability to problem solve and make decisions confidently
A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence is required
