Job Title: Level 3 Senior Nursery Practitioner

Location: Purbrook, Waterlooville

Contract Type: Permanent – 35–40 hours per week (Full-Time) | Part-time positions also available – see our separate listing

JC Little Explorers is a thriving early years setting with an enriching, activity-filled environment for the children in our care. We are proud to offer a wide range of external enrichment programmes, including Boogie Mites music sessions, Forest School, and Sports Coaching — giving children a broad, stimulating experience and our practitioners an engaging and varied working day.

We are now looking for passionate Level 3 Senior Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly, dedicated team in full-time, permanent roles.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the care, learning and development of children aged 0–5
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Keeping accurate observations and records of children's progress
Contributing to and helping shape the positive new culture being built across our setting

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities
Excellent teamwork, communication and time-management skills
A positive, reliable and caring attitude
Someone who is excited to grow alongside a new leadership team and help build something special
