Want a role where no two days are the same, you're the person who keeps everything running, and you actually enjoy coming into work?

Welcome to Dovecote School. We're a specialist SEND setting working with young people with Autism and SEMH needs — small, close-knit, and the kind of place where the admin team is genuinely valued as the backbone of the school. We're looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join us and take real ownership of a varied and important role.

What you'll be doing:

Being the warm, professional face of the school — the first person visitors, parents and young people meet
Leading on a wide range of responsibilities from attendance and admissions to health and safety, staff onboarding and IT support
Keeping the office running smoothly while supporting the wider team with whatever the day throws at you
Handling sensitive information with discretion and helping make sure safeguarding procedures are followed every time

You'll fit right in if you're:

Organised, proactive and calm when the to-do list gets long
Comfortable taking initiative and getting things done without being chased
Genuinely committed to doing right by young people and the team around them

Working hours are 40 per week, and the role is Term Time Only.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
