The Role

As a Team Member, you will:

Deliver excellent customer service and create positive customer interactions
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Support day-to-day operations and team activities
Assist with customer enquiries and provide professional support

Contribute to team goals and performance objectives
Represent the business in a positive and professional manner
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
Confidence working with people in a customer-facing environment
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Strong teamwork skills
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential
