Job Title: Front of House / Café Manager
Location: Trinity Farm, Nottingham
Job Type: Full-time (including weekends)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About Us
Trinity Farm is a busy, welcoming destination just outside Nottingham, offering a farm shop, café, and family-friendly environment focused on quality food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Our café is at the heart of the farm, serving freshly prepared food, locally sourced produce, and great coffee to a loyal and growing customer base.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Front of House / Café Manager to lead our café team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, managing staff, and ensuring the café runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day front of house operations within the café
Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for all guests
Manage staff rotas, breaks, and shift organisation
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Monitor stock levels for front of house supplies and place orders when required
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues when needed
Support the wider Trinity Farm team during busy periods and events

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
A passion for great food, coffee, and customer service
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Flexibility to work weekends and busy seasonal periods
