Sales and Marketing Executive

Malary is seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to support the sales function and wider business.
From a marketing perspective the role will drive consistent, high-quality marketing execution; specifically focussing on: · Marketing Execution (Digital & Campaigns)· Content, Brand & Communications
From a Sales perspective, the role will focus on ensuring strong customer service is prioritised along with maintaining a key focus on the teams Enquiries inbox; efficiently and accurately responding to customer queries and quote generation.
This role is all about continuing to strengthen our market presence by ensuring clear, consistent messaging, aligned branding, high-quality sales support materials across all channels, and improved turnaround times when responding to customers.Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage and maintain Malary’s digital presence, this will include more specifically, website improvements and the management of Malary’s company LinkedIn page; posting, commenting, and sharing content to drive engagement
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (including email and LinkedIn) to support lead generation and brand visibility, driving traffic to our website
- Monitor website performance and user engagement, recommending improvements where needed
- Support SEO optimisation of our website along with optimisation of our LinkedIn page
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness
Content Creation & Sales Support Materials
- Create engaging, on-brand content as supported by the Sales team and Senior Leadership, including:
- Social media posts
- Website copy
- Case studies
- Sales presentation templates
- Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, etc.)
- Develop video and visual content to support sales activity
- Work closely with the sales team to produce tailored materials for client proposals and pitches
- Ensure content clearly communicates Malary services and expertise
Brand Consistency & Development
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent tone, message, and visual identity across the business
- Act as a central point for reviewing and aligning communications across departments
- Support teams in producing professional, consistent materials aligned with company branding
- Ensure all external communications reflect Malary positioning and values
Sales Team Support
· Provide flexible marketing support to the sales team as required
· Manage the enquiries inbox, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, and generating accurate quotes in line with service requirements
· Escalating customer requests from the Enquiries inbox to the wider Sales Team where necessary to ensure we maintain strong customer service at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
Required: · Educated to GCSE level, incl. Maths & English (min. Grade 4, previously Grade C)
Desirable: · IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications and training: - Marketing qualification
Experience
· Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or sales support role
· Strong content creation skills (written and visual)
· Experience supporting websites and digital channels
· Understanding of branding and the importance of tone and consistency
· Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and stakeholders
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
o Proficiency in tools such as:
o Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
o Content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)
o Website CMS platforms
