Branch Operations Manager –Corby £55k OTE uncapped commission

Due to this success, we are now have an amazing opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager for one of our branches in Corby.

We have doubled our turnover in the last 2 years to £81m and forecast is set to increase yet again. The Person

Commercial awareness

The Role

Business Development- To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients.
Service Delivery – Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client’s contractual obligations.
Financial Performance -Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions
Development – ensuring we have the best trained employees who can adapt to the changing market, and client needs.

A competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue
Additional targeted bonuses of up to £4,000 per annum in quarterly payments
