About Us

Shield Security Services (Yorkshire) Ltd is a professional and growing security company providing a range of security solutions across Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Security Officer to join our team and work across several operational roles within the organisation.

The Role

This is a varied position that requires flexibility and adaptability. Duties will include:

Working within our 24-hour Control Centre, handling incoming calls and responding to CCTV activations.
Providing security services at our static guarding sites across the Hull area.
Working within our Mobile Response Teams, attending alarm activations and carrying out scheduled security visits to customer premises.
Monitoring and reporting security incidents in accordance with company procedures.
Completing accurate reports and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A valid SIA Front Line Licence (Mandatory)
A valid SIA CCTV Licence (Essential)
A full UK manual driving licence (Mandatory)
Good IT and computer skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A flexible approach to working across different roles and locations
