You’ll take charge of our kitchen, lead a talented team, and make sure every dish that leaves the pass hits the BrewDog standard — bold, fresh, and full of flavour.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a motivated kitchen team — setting the pace and the standard every shift.
Deliver consistent, high-quality food that pairs perfectly with BrewDog’s legendary beers.
Manage kitchen operations, from stock control to rota planning and HACCP compliance.
Drive performance through smart costing, hitting KPIs, and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety.
Work hand-in-hand with the front-of-house and management teams to keep service smooth and guests coming back for more.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, branded, or independent kitchen.
A passion for quality — you care about presentation, consistency, and creativity.Strong leadership skills — able to motivate, train, and get the best out of your team.
A solid understanding of food safety, compliance, and cost control.
Someone with a positive attitude who thrives under pressure and loves being part of a high-energy, guest-focused team.

What You’ll Get

£34,000 – £37,000 per year (based on experience).
