About Cinnamon

Cinnamon is the most ambitious independent Roblox studio in the world.

Our games have generated billions of visits, reached millions of players worldwide and continue to grow every day. Our portfolio includes LifeTogether (3.5+ billion visits), Block Spin (990+ million visits) and Bayview (600+ million visits), alongside an ambitious project currently in development.

We build original games. We own our products. We invest in them for the long term.

We're looking for a freelance Roblox UI Designer to support upcoming events, activations and live content inside LifeTogether.

The Role

You'll create interfaces used by millions of players during branded events and seasonal activations.

We're specifically looking for someone who builds UI directly inside Roblox Studio, not somebody who only produces Figma mockups.

You'll work closely with designers and programmers to create polished, functional interfaces that can be implemented directly into the game.

What You'll Do

Design and build UI directly inside Roblox Studio
Create event-specific phone applications and menus
Design challenge and progression screens
Create reward and collectible interfaces
Design blind box opening experiences
Create promotional banners and event graphics
Prepare UI assets for implementation and animation
Iterate based on client and stakeholder feedback

What We're Looking For

Strong Roblox Studio UI experience
Portfolio showing implemented Roblox interfaces
Understanding of UX and player flows
Ability to work within existing visual styles
Strong visual design skills
Good written and spoken English
Comfortable joining voice calls when required

Nice To Have

Experience on Roblox roleplay or social games
Experience designing mobile-style interfaces
Experience creating UI animations
Experience working with licensed brands

Example Project

A typical activation includes:

In-game phone application
Collected rewards gallery
Blind box opening screen
Reward reveal sequence
Event posters and promotional assets

Contract

Freelance contract
Fully remote worldwide
Project-based engagement
Estimated duration: 3-5 working days
Immediate start preferred
Potential for future activation work if the collaboration is successful
