Job Overview

NOTE: CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN THE 5 TO 15 MILES OF THE HOME CARE WILL BE PREFFERED. zipcode: DL4 1HQ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate clinical services within our care home. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. This role offers an opportunity to utilise strong leadership and communication skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to improved patient outcomes and organisational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
Develop, review, and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring best practice standards are met.
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to healthcare professionals regarding clinical procedures and protocols.
Monitor patient progress and ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
Facilitate effective communication between multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their families to promote understanding and engagement.
Organise training sessions and professional development activities for staff to maintain high standards of care.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient safety.

Experience

Proven experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare management, including electronic health records.
Experience in developing and managing care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
Previous experience in supervising or leading clinical teams is highly desirable.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices within the UK healthcare system.

The role of Clinical Lead is vital in shaping the quality of care provided while fostering a positive working environment for staff. Candidates should be committed to professional excellence and continuous improvement in patient services.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
