Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation both digitally and physically
Assisting with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sage
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings efficiently
Supporting team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity
Handling general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Qualifications

Previous office experience or administrative experience is desirable
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with safe or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team .

4 day working week

Monday - Thursday

9.30am -2.30pm

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
