Full job description

FULL TIME PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Property Administrator with excellent communication and IT skills to work in our busy Property Sales & Letting Office.

Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

Mainly office based with some visits to properties.

Mobile phone will be provided.

Mileage payment away from office 45p/mile.

DUTIES:

Dealing with the general public/ clients and tenants

Answering Telephone

Dealing with emails

Typing letters/ valuations/ reports/ leases/ preparing sale and letting particulars/ preparing terms and recommendations/ Check In/Check Out reports/ invoices

Photocopying/ Filing

Uploading to websites

Submitting HMO licences

Arrange/ carry out viewings – Sale & Rental Properties

Arrange/ carry out Property Inspections

Dealing with contractors

Online banking transactions

Typing of correspondence using Microsoft Office

Microsoft Word / Excel / Access

Skills Required:

Able to deal face to face with public/clients in an office or at properties

Previous experience preferred but not essential

Adaptable to a varied workload over the year

Computer literacy imperative including understanding of Microsoft Office (training will be provided for all in-house systems and general administration)

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Ability to use own initiative

Ability to work as part of a team

Must have a full UK driving licence & own car
