Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Lead Generator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business clients through targeted outreach, primarily focusing on B2B sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a professional environment, utilising CRM software and telemarketing techniques. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to engage with diverse client bases. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to work independently to generate leads that contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads and appointments
Identify potential clients through research and outreach strategies
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predetermined criteria
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Follow up with prospects via email or phone to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or equivalent systems
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to persuade and build rapport with prospective clients
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets
Ability to work independently within a team environment
Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific tools and processes

Pay: £27,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
