We're looking for a Learning & Development Lead who's passionate about translating business strategy into powerful learning experiences that fuel our Grow Every Day culture and drive People Manager Excellence across our European region.
This role sits within our European Capability team, reporting to the Europe Capability Lead.
You will lead diverse learning initiatives across the region with focus on leadership development - driving project delivery and implementation at scale, connecting what's available through our global Centers of Excellence with the strategic priorities emerging from the region. This role is key to maintaining a cohesive, joined-up approach to capability across Europe.

Apply clear metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, demonstrate ROI, and provide regular, insightful reporting and analysis to leadership, translating learning data into actionable insights.
Build strong partnerships and influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, gaining buy-in for learning initiatives, acting as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic advisor ensuring integrated and aligned capability approach.
