Invoicing & Administration Assistant

Location: Birmingham Airport Area
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About Us

Contract Supplies (White Goods) Ltd is a leading supplier and installer of domestic kitchen appliances to the UK housebuilding sector. Operating nationwide, we work with many of the country's largest residential developers and manage thousands of appliance deliveries and installations each year.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Invoicing & Administration Assistant to join our busy finance and administration team.

The Role

This is a key administrative position responsible for ensuring completed deliveries are accurately converted into invoices and issued to customers in a timely manner.

The role would suit somebody with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with systems, processing documentation and ensuring information is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Processing completed delivery notes and converting them into customer invoices.
Reviewing paperwork to ensure all information is complete and accurate before invoicing.
Raising invoices through our system.
Distributing invoices and supporting documentation to customers.
Resolving invoice queries with operational, scheduling and finance teams.
Maintaining accurate customer records and filing systems.
Assisting with administrative tasks within the finance department.
Supporting the wider accounts team as required.
Ensuring invoicing deadlines are consistently achieved.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational skills.
Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage a high volume of paperwork and data processing.
Professional and positive approach to work.
Previous invoicing, billing or finance administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
