Full job description

Honeydew is currently looking for a Domiciliary Registered Manager, who will be responsible for delivering an outstanding quality of care as well as the growth and development of the business.

We are looking for an individual who:

Will ensure that the service complies with CQC requirements and in line with the 5 fundamental standards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Should have at least 3 years experience and a proven track record Previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people in the community, Provide direct care as requested and participate in on-call duties which may include some weekends.
To ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements through robust management of cases with CRM tool, therefore, achieving solid inspection results.
Registered Manager to make sure they deliver client care ensuring all key milestones for both clients and carers are delivered on time
A confident communicator who can build relationships with service users and those around them Motivate and develop the care team.
All applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own car.
