Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor / Retail & Digital Sales Coordinator to oversee daily store operations and support the growth of our in-store and online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, driving sales performance, and supporting digital marketing and e-commerce activities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an understanding of modern retail and online sales trends.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high customer service standards.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase revenue.
Monitor shelf stock levels and take measures to prevent stock damage, theft, and wastage.
Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings and store performance.
Manage cash handling procedures and point-of-sale operations.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Introduce and manage products on e-commerce platforms and maintain accurate online listings.
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and sales.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, feedback, and reviews across online platforms.

Experience & Skills Required

Previous experience in retail supervision, sales, or a similar role.
Experience with sales operations, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and ordering processes.
Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
Strong sales awareness with the ability to drive targets and improve store performance.
Knowledge of digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and online engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing trends.

Pay: £15.50-£16.27 per hour
